     概述

    　　聚丙烯海尔环填料是用聚丙烯注塑成型的一种新型开孔填料，它最早是在国外被开发出来的。后来我国对这种填料进行了研究，并且成功的地开发出国产海尔环填料。

    　　聚丙烯海尔环的独特造型，使它不仅具有通量大，压降低，耐腐蚀及抗撞击性能好等优点以外，还具有填料间不会嵌套，壁流效应小和气液分布均匀等优点。这种填料适用于气体吸收、冷却及气体净化等过程。
