Summary

Corrugated metal plate packing is the final assembly of punching, rolling and large corrugation on the surface of metal plate. It has the characteristics of uniform distribution of gas and liquid with small resistance, high efficiency, large flux and no obvious amplification effect. It is applied to negative pressure, atmospheric pressure and pressure operation. The effect of using corrugated packing with metal orifice plate to reform plate tower is particularly obvious. The diameter range of processed packing is over φ 150 mm-12000 mm.

The filler keeps the structure characteristics of corrugated metal wire mesh filler, and is made of pore plate with groove on the surface, which increases the liquid distribution and filler wettability, and improves the mass transfer efficiency. The unit height of each plate is 50-200mm, and the diameter is more than 1.5m. The packing is made into block form.
