The metal saddle shape is called as the interlax packing for short in China and enjoys a high reputation in the world. This new type of high efficiency packing is used to equip new packing tower. Its height is 35% lower than that of plate tower, its diameter is 30% smaller, or its efficiency is increased by 10-30%, and its pressure loss is reduced by 20-60%.
