Ceramic bell ring, also known as ceramic bell saddle ring, also known as ceramic arc saddle ring, or ceramic saddle ring, is overlapped with each other in the tower, forming a chain structure of arc-shaped airway, which is conducive to the uniform distribution of gas-liquid flow and reducing resistance. Compared with ceramic rassier ring, it has better performance, but it is easy to be jacketed, which is easy to cause channel flow and high flooding point. In the bed, it is easier to break than lacI ring. The arc saddle, also known as Bell saddle ring, is a saddle shaped packing with an earlier appearance. It is common to use saddle shaped packing with the size ranging from 25 mm to 50 mm. The surface of the arc saddle is open both inside and outside, and the fluid is equally distributed on both sides. Another characteristic of bell saddle ring is that the pressure on the wall of the tower when it is stacked in the tower is smaller than that of the ring packing. However, due to the same surface configuration on both sides, stacking filler is easy to overlap, thus reducing the exposed surface.
